OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education and Culture dated September 9, 1998, pursuant to

Section 1 of

Chapter 24 of the Acts of 1863, as amended,

An Act for the Regulation and Support of Dalhousie College, is pleased to: (

a) reappoint the following persons as members of the Board of Governors of Dalhousie University, each for a further term of office of three years commencing July 1, 1998 and ending June 30, 2001: Gerald A. Clarke of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; C. Patricia Harris, Q.C., of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; John Risley of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; (

b) appoint the following persons as members of the Board of Governors of Dalhousie University, each for a term of office of three years commencing July 1, 1998 and ending June 30, 2001: Robert Dexter, Q.C., of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; and Dr. Alasdair MacLean Sinclair of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality.
