OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Energy dated December 16, 2012, and pursuant to Sections 36B and 87 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , and
Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased to authorize the Minister of Energy to enter into an agreement with Emera Inc., substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
