Order in Council 1274/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to clause 7(1)(

b) of the Medical Radiation and Imaging Technology Act, 2017 , Delanah Gobio of Georgina be appointed as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
