Section 32 of
Chapter 35 of the Acts of 2001, the Municipal Law Amendment
(2001) Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that
Section 31 of
Chapter 35 of the Acts of 2001, the Municipal Law Amendment
(2001) Act, come into force on and not before April 1, 2002.
