OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Business and Consumer Services, Minister in charge of the Residential Tenancies Act, dated January 6, 2000, pursuant to

Section 18 of

Chapter 401 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Residential Tenancies Act, is pleased to: (

a) reappoint the following persons as members of the Halifax County Residential Tenancies Board, each for a further term of office commencing February 20, 2000, and ending February 20, 2003: Phyllis Thompson of Middle Sackville, Halifax Regional Municipality; Moira Ducharme of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; (

b) appoint the following persons as members of the Halifax County Residential Tenancies Board, each for a term of office commencing February 20, 2000, and ending February 20, 2003: Jennifer Bankier of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; Matthew E. Kerrigan of Bedford, Halifax Regional Municipality; Peter J. MacKeigan of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality; Gloria McCluskey of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality; Jean V. Webb of Lower Sackville, Halifax Regional Municipality; and Elaine White of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality.
