Order in Council 602/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 9(1) and 10(1) of the Ontario Agency for Health Protection and Promotion Act, 2007, Ian McKillop of Guelph be appointed as a part-time member and designated as part-time Chair of the board of directors of the Ontario Agency for Health Protection and Promotion to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding one year effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Furthermore , pursuant to subsections 9(1) and 10(1) of the Ontario Agency for Health Protection and Promotion Act, 2007, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1524/2024 dated November 28, 2024 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
