Statute: Counselling Therapists Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated April 11, 2025, and pursuant to

Section 8 of

Chapter 37 of the Acts of 2008, the Counselling Therapists Act, is pleased to: (

a) reappoint Alana Baxter of Richmond County as a public representative of the Board of the Nova Scotia College of Counselling Therapists for a term of two years commencing June 6, 2025; and (

b) appoint Arvind Babajee and Kelsey Green, both of Halifax Regional Municipality as public representatives of the Board of the Nova Scotia College of Counselling Therapists, both for a term of two years commencing June 6, 2025.
