On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
subsections 5(1) and 5(3) of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario Act, 2019 , Paul Stoyan of Toronto be appointed as part-time member and designated as vice-chair of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario Board of Directors for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
Further,
whereas Paul Stoyan was reappointed as part-time member of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario Board of Directors for a fixed term of three years, effective July 29, 2023 by Order in Council O.C. 1092/2023;
Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 1092/2023 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
