OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Community Services dated May 16, 2002, and pursuant to

Section 99 of

Chapter 5 of the Acts of 1990, the Children and Family Services Act, is pleased, effective on and after April 4, 2002, to amend the Children and Family Services Regulations made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 91-954, dated August 15, 1991, by adding the following

Section immediately after

Section 77: 77A

(1) A person applying for services relating to international adoption shall pay a processing fee of $50 plus HST.

(2) After a person is approved to adopt internationally, the person shall pay an administration fee of $600 plus HST.
