Order in Council 847/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

whereas pursuant to subsections 2(1) and (2) of the Provincial Schools Authority Act , Louise Sirisko of Mississauga was appointed and designated by O.C. 237/2016 as a member and Chair of the Provincial Schools Authority, respectively, for a three year term commencing February 17, 2016,

and

whereas Louise Sirisko resigned as member and Chair of the Authority effective January 10, 2018,

now therefore , pursuant to subsections 2(1) and (2) of the Provincial Schools Authority Act,

Julie Williams of Toronto

is appointed as a member and designated Chair of the Provincial Schools Authority to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not to extend beyond August 31, 2018, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

and further that Order in Council O.C. 237/2016 be revoked effective the date of this Order.
