Order in Council 251/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 4(1) of Ontario Regulation 498/06 made under the Civil Remedies Act, 2001 , and subsection 3(1) of Ontario Regulation 236/03 made under the Prohibiting Profiting from Recounting Crimes Act, 2002 , Lisa Barazzutti of Timmins be reappointed as an adjudicator for a fixed term of six months, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
