OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated October 24, 2002, pursuant to

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, as amended, the Public Service Act, and all other authority in Her vested, is pleased, effective November 7, 2002, to assign to the Minister of Natural Resources all affairs and matters relating to the Shubenacadie Canal Commission which have heretofore belonged to the Minister of Tourism and Culture by virtue of Order in Council 1999-399 dated August 16, 1999, or otherwise, including for greater certainty all affairs and matters relating to the administration of

Chapter 97 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1986,

An Act to Establish the Shubenacadie Canal Commission.
