OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated August 3, 2004, pursuant to Sections 16, 17 and 94 of

Chapter 475 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Trade Union Act, is pleased to: (

a) appoint Melvin J. MacIntyre of Sackville, Halifax Regional Municipality, as an alternate member of the Construction Industry Panel, a division of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia) for a term of three (3) years commencing August 26, 2004; (

b) fix the remuneration of Melvin J. MacIntyre at a rate of $150.00 per day for each day he necessarily attends as alternate member of the Construction Industry Panel, to the business of the Panel, in addition to actual and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by him in the discharge of his duties; (

c) reappoint Gregory A. Blanchard of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, as an alternate member of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia) for a term of three (3) years commencing August 26, 2004; (

d) fix the remuneration of Gregory A. Blanchard at a rate of $150.00 per day for each day he necessarily attends as alternate member of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia), to the business of the Board, in addition to actual and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by him in the discharge of his duties; (

e) reappoint Phillip Veinotte of Hammonds Plains, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia) for a term of three (3) years commencing August 26, 2004; (

f) fix the remuneration of Phillip Veinotte at a rate of $150.00 per day for each day he necessarily attends as member of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia), to the business of the Board, in addition to actual and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by him in the discharge of his duties; (

g) appoint Rene Quigley of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as an alternate member of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia) for a term of three (3) years commencing August 26, 2004; (

h) fix the remuneration of Rene Quigley at a rate of $150.00 per day for each day he necessarily attends as alternate member of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia), to the business of the Board, in addition to actual and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by him in the discharge of his duties; (

i) appoint Thomas N. Patterson of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, as an alternate member of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia) for a term of three (3) years commencing August 26, 2004; (

j) fix the remuneration of Thomas N. Patterson at a rate of $150.00 per day for each day he necessarily attends as alternate member of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia), to the business of the Board, in addition to actual and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by him in the discharge of his duties; (

k) appoint George L. Hall of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as an alternate member of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia) for a term of three (3) years commencing August 26, 2004; (

l) fix the remuneration of George L. Hall at a rate of $150.00 per day for each day he necessarily attends as alternate member of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia), to the business of the Board, in addition to actual and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by him in the discharge of his duties; (

m) appoint Catherine Randall of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as an alternate member of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia) for a term of three (3) years commencing August 26, 2004; (

n) fix the remuneration of Catherine Randall at a rate of $150.00 per day for each day she necessarily attends as alternate member of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia), to the business of the Board, in addition to actual and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by her in the discharge of her duties; (

o) reappoint David E. Reid of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, as an alternate member of the Construction Industry Panel, a division of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia), for a term of three (3) years, commencing August 26, 2004; and (

p) fix the remuneration of David E. Reid at a rate of $150.00 per day for each day he necessarily attends as alternate member of the Construction Industry Panel, to the business of the Panel, in addition to actual and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by him in the discharge of his duties.
