OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated September 28, 2000, and pursuant to

Section 16 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, and to

Section 19 of

Chapter 235 of the said Revised Statutes, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased, with respect to the issuance of a lease of Crown lands, to amend Order in Council 2000-85, dated March 1, 2000, by deleting from the 7th line of Order in Council 2000-85 the word "Cantel" and substituting therefor the word "Wireless", and by deleting from the 9th line the words "Toronto, Ontario" and substituting therefor the words "Ville St. Laurent, Quebec", and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
