Order in Council 1214/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Christopher Voutsinas was reappointed as full-time member and vice-chair of the Assessment Review Board for a fixed term of three years, effective August 26, 2023, by Order in Council O.C. 878/2023;

And

whereas Christopher Voutsinas tendered his resignation effective June 18, 2025;

Therefore, pursuant to

section 3 of the Assessment Review Board Act , Order in Council O.C. 878/2023 be revoked effective June 18, 2025.
