OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated October 14, 2011, and pursuant to clauses 13(1)(
a) and (
c) of
Chapter 197 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Health Services and Insurance Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Health and Wellness to enter into a Department of Medicine Academic Funding Plan Agreement, as set out in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, or a form of agreement to like form and effect, effective on and after November 8, 2011.
