OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated December 5, 2006, pursuant to
Section 16 of
Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to rescind Order in Council 2001-573, dated December 7, 2001, approving the issuance of a lease of a parcel of Crown land at Hebbville, Lunenburg County, to Scotia Forestry Services Limited with its registered office at Hebbville, Lunenburg County, for the purpose of providing an area for manoeuvring and parking trucks at the Lessee's loading ramp.
