OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Community Services dated August 17, 2004, and pursuant to

Section 15 of

Chapter 120 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Day Care Act, is pleased to amend the regulations respecting day care, N.S. Reg. 195/79, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 79-1556, dated November 27, 1979, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after September 8, 2004.
