Order in Council 1308/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 3(3) and 9(1) of the Ontario Cannabis Retail Corporation Act, 2017,

Whereas by Order in Council O.C. 657/2019 Robin Kovitz was appointed as a member of the board of directors of the Ontario Cannabis Retail Corporation (the “Corporation”) and subsequently she resigned from the board of directors of the Corporation effective June 25, 2019,

Therefore Order in Council O.C. 657/2019 is revoked effective June 25, 2019.
