OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Tourism, Culture and Heritage dated March 23, 2007, and pursuant to
Section 7 of
Chapter 438 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Special Places Protection Act, is pleased, effective on and after the date of publication in the Royal Gazette, to approve of an amendment to the designation of the Joggins Fossil Cliffs Protected Site, N.S. Reg. 53/2006, made by the Minister of Education on February 24, 1972, to add certain lands to be included as part of the site, in the manner set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
