Interpretation Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated August 28, 2015, and pursuant to

Section 7 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act ,

Section 10 of

Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act ,

Section 18 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act , and all authority in him vested, is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Dave Ryan as Associate Deputy Minister of Community Services, effective August 1, 2015; (

b) revoke the appointment of Doug Stewart as Associate Deputy Minister of Finance and Treasury Board, effective August 1, 2015; (

c) revoke the appointment of Margaret MacDonald as Deputy Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs, effective September 1, 2015; and (

d) appoint Catherine Blewett as Deputy Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs, effective September 1, 2015.
