OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated April 18, 2001, pursuant to

Section 80 of

Chapter 156 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Expropriation Act, is pleased to: (

a) dispose of certain surplus lands containing 27,390 square feet, more or less, situate at or near the Town of Yarmouth, Yarmouth County, and more particularly described in

Schedule "A" and shown outlined in red on

Schedule "B" which schedules are attached to and form part of the report and recommendation; (

b) convey the land to Royal Trust Corporation of Canada as Trustee for Standard Life Assurance Company, of Montreal, Province of Quebec, for the price of $21,800.00 minus $5,000 to relocate the parking lot entrance, referred to in the Report and Recommendation, within six weeks of this Order; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines.
