Order in Council 701/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 5(1) and 5(3) of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario Act, 2019 , Dave Forestell of Toronto be reappointed as a part-time member and re-designated as Chair of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario Board of Directors, for a fixed term of three years, effective July 20, 2024.
