OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the administration of the Human Rights Act, dated November 4, 1998, pursuant to Sections 5 and 6 of

Chapter 23 of the Acts of 1996, the Court and Administrative Reform Act, is pleased to make regulations respecting the filing and enforcement of Human Rights Boards of Inquiry monetary orders for compensation in the same manner as a judgment of the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia, in the form set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation effective on, from and after December 10, 1998.
