OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Energy dated July 6, 2017, and pursuant to subsection 4B(7A) and Sections 4C and 5 of

Chapter 25 of the Acts of 2004, the Electricity Act , is pleased to amend the Renewable Electricity Regulations , N.S. Reg. 155/2010, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2010-381 dated October 12, 2010, to adjust the dates for each program year for the Solar Electricity for Community Buildings Program, in the manner set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after July 17, 2017.
