Order in Council 1610/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 12 (4) of the Retirement Homes Act , 2010, S.O. 2010, c. 11,

Alexander Hoi-Yuer Yuan of Richmond Hill

be appointed as a director of the board of directors of the Retirement Homes Regulatory Authority to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period of three (3) months, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
