Order in Council 1421/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Jesse Boyce was reappointed as full-time member and vice-chair of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective November 12, 2022, by Order in Council O.C. 1319/2022;

And

whereas Jesse Boyce was reappointed as part-time member of the Ontario Civilian Police Commission for a fixed term of five years, effective February 21, 2023, by Order in Council O.C. 67/2023;

And

whereas Jesse Boyce tendered his resignation effective August 21, 2023;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 , subsection 21(2) of the Police Services Act and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Orders in Council O.C. 1319/2022 and 67/2023 be revoked effective August 21, 2023.
