Interpretation Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated March 7, 2012, and pursuant to

Section 11 of

Chapter 155 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Executive Council Act, and to

Section 18 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased, effective March 13, 2012, to appoint Janice Brown of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, as Acting Clerk of the Executive Council, to execute the office and functions of the Clerk of the Executive Council in the event of his/her absence or inability to act.
