section 80 of the Real Estate Act , the Superintendent of Real Estate orders that the attached regulation is made. — W. A. CLARK, Superintendent of Real Estate.

INDIVIDUAL EXEMPTION REGULATION No. 140

Sallas Forest Limited Partnership and Sylvan Enterprises Ltd.

1 An offer for sale, the sale, and any assistance in the selling of

(

a) an undivided 432/2160 interest in Strata Lot 3,

Section 4, Sidney Island Range 1E, North Saanich District, Strata Plan VIS5122 to Gaire MacLean,

(

b) an undivided 904/2110 interest in Strata Lot 10,

Section 3, Sidney Island Range 1W, North Saanich District, Strata Plan VIS5122 to Minto Enterprises Ltd.,

(

c) an undivided 800/2010 interest in Strata Lot 17,

Section 10, Sidney Island Range 1W, North Saanich District, Strata Plan VIS5122 to Michael Hunter, and

(

d) an undivided 860/1720 interest in Strata Lot 21,

Section 10, Sidney Island Range 1E, North Saanich District, Strata Plan VIS5122 to James Kok and Peter C. Grothaus

by or on behalf of Sallas Forest Limited Partnership and Sylvan Enterprises Ltd., is exempt from

section 69 (7) of the

Real Estate Act on condition that Sallas Forest Limited Partnership and Sylvan Enterprises Ltd. will notify each purchaser named in paragraphs (

a) to (d), at the time of the offering for sale to that purchaser, that the offering is exempt from

section 69 (7) of the

Real Estate Act and the purchaser will not receive a report referred to in

section 69 (7) of that Act on the condition of any building located on the land offered for sale to that purchaser and described in paragraphs (

a) to (d).
