Interpretation Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Advanced Education dated March 2, 2026, and pursuant to

Section 5 of

Chapter 138 of the Acts of Nova Scotia, 1969, the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design Act , and

Section 18 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act , hereby revokes the appointment of Sylvia Parris-Drummond of Halifax Regional Municipality as a member of the Board of Governors of the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design, made by Order in Council 2026-38 dated February 5, 2026, effective March 17, 2026.
