OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia dated September 16, 2024, and pursuant to

Section 9 of

Chapter 25 of the Acts of 1998, the Real Estate Appraisers Act , is pleased to amend Order in Council 2024-319 dated August 13, 2024, to correct the spelling of Anthony Nicholson’s name for his reappointment as a lay person of the Nova Scotia Real Estate Appraisers Association Board of Directors by striking out “Nicholas” and substituting “Nicholson”, effective on and after September 24, 2024.
