Order in Council 1074/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Under subsection 42(1) of the Courts of Justice Act , Michael Karl Andrew Raphael Wendl, Barrister and Solicitor of Burlington, Ontario, be appointed a provincial judge, effective October 10, 2018 .
