Order in Council 2070/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 10(1) of the Pesticides Act,

Dr. Allan Hamill of Harrow, Ontario

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Pesticides Advisory Committee to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from October 22, 2017.

[Dr. Hamill’s most recent reappointment by Order in Council 1278/2014 expires October 21, 2017.]
