Section 16 of
Chapter 49 of the Acts of 2015,
An Act to Amend
Chapter 369 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Public Accountants Act , and subsection 3(7) of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the
Interpretation Act , is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that
Chapter 49 of the Acts of 2015,
An Act to Amend
Chapter 369 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Public Accountants Act , except
Section 11 insofar as said
Section 11 enacts subsection 14B(2),
Section 14C and clause 14D(1)(
f) of the Public Accountants Act , do come into force on and not before August 2, 2016.
