Order in Council 81/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council numbered O.C. 1514/2019 dated October 25, 2019 that appointed Norma Nicholson of Misissauga as a part-time member of the Consent and Capacity Board under the Health Care Consent Act, 1996 , be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
