Order in Council 1653/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Reid Rossi was appointed as full-time member of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term ending December 31, 2019 by Order in Council O.C. 461/2019;

And

whereas Reid Rossi was reappointed as full-time member of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term effective January 1, 2020 and ending March 27, 2021 by Order in Council O.C. 1078/2019;

And

whereas Reid Rossi tendered his resignation effective October 1, 2019;

Therefore, pursuant to clause 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 3(1) of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal Act, 2017 , Orders in Council O.C. 461/2019 and 1078/2019 be revoked effective October 1, 2019.
