Order in Council 303/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Steven Stefanko was reappointed a full-time member and Vice Chair of the Ontario Municipal Board for a term of five years, effective January 4, 2016, by Order in Council O.C. 1554/2015;

And

whereas Steven Stefanko tendered his resignation effective November 29, 2016;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 , subsection 5(2) of the Ontario Municipal Board Act and subsection 16(2/4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Order in Council O.C. 1554/2015 be revoked effective November 29, 2016.
