OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated May 4, 2011, and pursuant to clauses 13(1)(
a) and (
c) of
Chapter 197 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Health Services and Insurance Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Health and Wellness to enter into an Academic Funding Plan Agreement for the CDHA/IWK Departments of Emergency Medicine as set out in
Schedule "B", attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, or a form of agreement to like form and effect, effective on and after May 31, 2011.
