B.C. Reg. 96/2004, deposited March 12, 2004, pursuant

to the SUSTAINABLE RESOURCE MANAGEMENT STATUTES AMENDMENT ACT, 2003

[Section 87]. Order in Council 245/2004, approved and ordered

March 11, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor,

by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

1 Sections 26 and 27, 52, 55 and 56, 58 to 60 and 84 of the Sustainable

Resource Management Statutes Amendment Act, 2003, c. 66, S.B.C. 2003,

are brought into force by this regulation.

2 Sections 51 and 83 of the Sustainable Resource Management Statutes Amendment

Act, 2003 are repealed.
