Order in Council 1223/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 4 of the Ministry of Energy Act, 2011 ,

Jason Fitzsimmons

be appointed Deputy Minister of Energy, effective October 11, 2022, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from the effective date of this appointment;

And further that Order in Council O.C. 941/2021, dated July 7, 2021, be revoked effective October 11, 2022.
