Order in Council 1507/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(2) of the Venture Ontario Act, 2008 ,

Daniel Nowlan of Toronto

be reappointed as a member of the board of directors of Venture Ontario, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, for a period not exceeding one year, effective December 22, 2024 or the date this Order in Council is made, whichever is later;

And further that by virtue of subsection 3(1) of the Venture Ontario Act , 2008 , he be reappointed as a member of Venture Ontario to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding one year, effective December 22, 2024 or the date this Order in Council is made, whichever is later;

And further that pursuant to subsection 3(4) of the Venture Ontario Act , 2008 , he be re-designated as the chair of the board of directors of Venture Ontario, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding one year, effective December 22, 2024 or the date this Order in Council is made, whichever is later.
