Order in Council 438/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 854/2015, dated June 23, 2015, Dr. Kristina Danielle Moreau was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario, subject to the condition that she remain ordinarily resident in Area Number 11;

And

whereas Dr. Kristina Danielle Moreau currently ordinarily resides in Area Number 13, nullifying her appointment as a Coroner for Ontario;

And

whereas it is desirable that Dr. Kristina Danielle Moreau continue to act as a Coroner for Ontario;

Therefore pursuant to

section 3 of the Coroners Act , as amended, Dr. Kristina Danielle Moreau be appointed as a Coroner for Ontario effective from the date of this Order in Council, subject to the condition that she remain ordinarily resident in Area Number 13, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council;

And that Order in Council numbered O.C. 854/2015, dated June 23, 2015, be revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
