Notice of Protected Water Supply Area

under the

Environment Act

(O.C. 96-153)

Under the authority of

section 10 of the Environment Act

and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act

the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Big Brook Water Supply Area for the Town of

Terrenceville

as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 671000 5281000 129 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 250 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 117 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 300 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 196 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 250 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 142 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 300 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 211 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,100 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 290 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 900 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 30 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 600 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 58 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 07 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 250 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 304 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 650 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 43 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 750 metres;
