Order in Council 539/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 207(2) and 96(2) of the Child and Family Services Act , Gail Gonda of Toronto be reappointed a part-time member of the Child and Family Services Review Board and the Custody Review Board for a term of one year, effective May 30, 2017.
