Order in Council 103/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 3 of Ontario Regulation 651/21 made under the Endangered Species Act, 2007,

Tom Hilditch of St. Catharines

be appointed as a member of the Species at Risk Conservation Trust to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding one year from the date this Order in Council is made.
