OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated March 5, 2015, and pursuant to subsection 7(

a) and clause 16(1)(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Natural Resources:

a) acquiring land located at No. 340 Highway, Richfield, Digby County, Nova Scotia, presently identified as a portion of PID 30324511, which is shaded in dark grey and outlined in bold on the map marked

Schedule ‘A”, which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, from Brian and Wayne Nickerson, for a purchase price of $183,750 plus any legal, appraisal or survey costs incurred by the Minister in respect of the purchase, subject to the condition that Brian and Wayne Nickerson be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice;

b) disposing of Crown lands located at No. 340 Highway, Richfield, Digby County, Nova Scotia, presently identified as a portion of PID 30012710, which is cross hatched and outlined in bold on

Schedule “A”, to Brian and Wayne Nickerson for a sum of $8,750; and

c) execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order
