OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture dated April 27, 2026, and pursuant to Sections 4 and 14 of the

Schedule to

Chapter 16 of the Acts of 2025, the Agriculture Appeal and Review Board Act and

Section 18 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act , hereby revokes the appointment of Wayne Oulton of Hants County as a member of the Agriculture Appeal and Review Board made by Order in Council 2024-253 dated June 18, 2024, effective on and after May 7, 2026.
