Section 112ZJ of
Chapter 1 of the Acts of 1994-95, the Environment Act , is pleased to make regulations respecting an output-based pricing system registration and opt-in designation for facilities under
Part XIB of the Act, in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after January 1, 2023.
