Order in Council 1153/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Ruth Campbell was reappointed as part-time member and re-designated as chair of the Office for Victims of Crime for a term of three years, effective January 1, 2020, by Order in Council O.C. 1654/2019;

And

whereas Ruth Campbell tendered her resignation effective July 6, 2021;

Therefore, pursuant to subsections 5.1(2) and 5.1(3) of the Victims’ Bill of Rights, 1995 , Order in Council O.C. 1654/2019 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
