Statute: Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated February 9, 2004, pursuant to

Section 11 of

Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act, is pleased to: (

a) dispose of certain lands containing 75,162 square feet and 83,089 square feet, more or less, situate at or near LaBelle, Queens County, and more particularly described in

Schedule "A" as shown cross-hatched on

Schedule "B" which schedules are attached to and form part of the report and recommendation; (

b) convey the property to Cecil Stevens of LaBelle, Queens County, for the price of $8,700.00; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines.
